Insights Psychology DMCC, a leading provider of psychological and neurodevelopmental services in Dubai, is seeking a Training & Program Coordinator (Psychology & Wellbeing) to join its expanding training department. In addition to its clinical services, Insights is a KHDA-registered training provider delivering high-quality programs for parents, schools, allied health professionals, and corporate organizations.

This role involves both strategic and administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth planning, compliance, and execution of KHDA-approved training programs. The coordinator will act as the primary link between trainers, participants, and regulatory bodies while also supporting growth and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trainer Recruitment & Coordination: Recruit and liaise with internal and external trainers, manage schedules, and communicate expectations.

• Course Development & Delivery: Support program design, manage brochures and website updates, coordinate training sessions (online & in-person), and use training software for delivery improvements.

• Regulatory Compliance: Register training programs with KHDA/DHA and ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met.

• Administration & Logistics: Manage course registrations, process payments, issue certificates, maintain records, and evaluate feedback for improvements.

• Community Engagement & Growth: Identify training needs, propose new course areas, and build relationships with schools, corporates, and health professionals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in training coordination, education, or event management (healthcare/wellbeing training preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• IT proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and website management (WordPress experience is a plus).

• Knowledge of KHDA/DHA training registration processes is an advantage.

• Full UAE driving license (essential).

• Confident in public-speaking and flexible for travel within Dubai.

• Open to candidates with teaching backgrounds seeking opportunities outside the classroom.
