STS Group, a leading transport and technical services provider in the GCC, is seeking a Senior Training Officer to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs specifically for school bus drivers and bus guardians. This role focuses on enhancing safety, operational efficiency, and continuous development in driver training.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and evaluate induction and refresher training programs for school bus drivers and bus guardians

Develop and update training materials aligned with evolving industry practices and safety standards

Conduct Training Needs Analysis and prepare a detailed training calendar with learning and development plans

Collaborate closely with operations teams to customize training that enhances efficiency and safety
-
Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and results

Deliver defensive driving training and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Training delivery or tutoring certification such as “Train the Trainer”

Minimum 5 years’ experience in training design and delivery, preferably in transportation, mobility, or education sectors

Strong communication, instructional design, and presentation skills

Proven experience in delivering defensive driving programs
