Job Description:

A leading UAE-based main contractor is seeking an experienced SOP & Training Manager to develop and implement standardized training and management systems across the organization. With a turnover exceeding AED 5 billion and rapid business growth, this role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and best practices across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization.

• Conduct training programs to standardize internal policies, procedures, and best practices across all departments.

• Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and site teams to drive a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards through structured audits and assessments.

• Adapt training content to effectively engage a diverse workforce, ensuring clear communication across various nationalities and experience levels.

• Work closely with the QHSE team to ensure health, safety, and environmental best practices are integrated into training programs.

• Regularly review and update policies, training materials, and process documentation to align with evolving industry standards.

• Visit multiple sites, training centers, and corporate offices to ensure company-wide implementation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in training, quality management, or process standardization within the construction or civil engineering sector.

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.

• Ability to develop and deliver structured training programs to enhance employee skills and operational efficiency.

• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to communicate effectively with a multicultural workforce.

• Experience in auditing and compliance within construction or engineering environments.

• Process-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and workflows.

• Must be based in Dubai and available to start before June 1, 2025.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional Benefits: Flights, medical coverage, gratuity, and performance-based bonus.
