Job Description:
A leading UAE-based main contractor is seeking an experienced SOP & Training Manager to develop and implement standardized training and management systems across the organization. With a turnover exceeding AED 5 billion and rapid business growth, this role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and best practices across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization.

Conduct training programs to standardize internal policies, procedures, and best practices across all departments.

Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and site teams to drive a culture of excellence and accountability.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards through structured audits and assessments.

Adapt training content to effectively engage a diverse workforce, ensuring clear communication across various nationalities and experience levels.

Work closely with the QHSE team to ensure health, safety, and environmental best practices are integrated into training programs.

Regularly review and update policies, training materials, and process documentation to align with evolving industry standards.

Visit multiple sites, training centers, and corporate offices to ensure company-wide implementation and compliance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in training, quality management, or process standardization within the construction or civil engineering sector.

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.

Ability to develop and deliver structured training programs to enhance employee skills and operational efficiency.

High emotional intelligence and adaptability to communicate effectively with a multicultural workforce.

Experience in auditing and compliance within construction or engineering environments.

Process-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and workflows.

Must be based in Dubai and available to start before June 1, 2025.
Salary & Benefits:
-
Salary: AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

Additional Benefits: Flights, medical coverage, gratuity, and performance-based bonus.
