Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is looking for a Supply Chain Trainee to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring supply chain professionals to gain hands-on experience in product registration, inventory management, and supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Product Registration:

• Coordinate with suppliers to gather required documents for regulatory approvals.

• Review and submit product registration files in line with launch schedules.

• Track and maintain records of registration documents.

📌 Master Data Management:

• Manage the creation of new suppliers, customers, and items in the system.

• Follow up with the MDM team on updates and approvals.

📌 Inventory Management & Fulfillment:

• Analyze stock sizes, compositions, and age profiles to recommend optimal stock models.

• Support supply planning efforts and participate in the S&OP process.

• Ensure stock availability and monitor adherence to demand plans.

📌 Learning & Development:

• Engage in training programs on forecasting, data analytics, and inventory management.

• Work closely with experienced planners to gain insights into supply chain operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Statistics.
✅ Skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills with strong analytical abilities.
✅ Experience: 6 months of internship/traineeship in supply chain (preferred).
✅ Passion: A strong interest in supply chain management and logistics.
