Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury partner in the Middle East, is looking for a motivated intern to support its Investment Team. This 3-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in deal information management, data consolidation, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collect and organize historical deal data, including key transaction details and documentation.
✔ Gather and systematize contact information from funds and banking partners.
✔ Optimize the Intapp system by accurately uploading and structuring past deal data.
✔ Research and recommend tech solutions to improve data upload processes.
✔ Develop documentation and streamline deal screening & monitoring systems.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✔ Basic understanding of financial transactions and deal structures.
✔ Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
✔ Interest in financial technology & system optimization.
✔ Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
