Al Rostamani Group is looking for a Trainee Engineer – Design to support the solar PV project design and estimation team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level engineers to gain hands-on experience in solar energy system design under the guidance of industry experts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in preliminary data analysis to evaluate the feasibility of solar PV projects.
✅ Support preliminary and detailed designs for solar PV systems.
✅ Participate in PV-Syst, Helioscope, and Homer simulations.
✅ Conduct solar lab reports and shading analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards and utility guidelines.
✅ Gain knowledge of solar project regulations, lease models, and contracts.
✅ Assist in cost estimation (CAPEX & OPEX) and project scheduling.
✅ Provide input on solar product pricing and availability.
✅ Support site surveys for solar solutions and electrical integrations.
✅ Work closely with the Project Execution team for successful project implementation.
✅ Participate in installation, inspection, and testing.
✅ Contribute ideas for design optimization and improved system operation.
✅ Attend supplier training and webinars to stay updated on industry trends.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
✔️ Internship or project experience in renewable energy or solar PV.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Knowledge of design and estimation software (preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
✔️ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
