Job Description:
UC RUSAL is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Team Member to support sales operations across the EMEA region. This is an office-based role in Dubai, responsible for managing supply chain execution, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and document control. The position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries under contractual agreements.

• Schedule shipments, release materials from warehouses, and track production availability.

• Process invoices, monitor incoming/outgoing payments, and ensure alignment with hedging desk pricing confirmations.

• Manage commercial document flow (e.g., B/Ls, insurance certificates, warehouse receipts).

• Communicate with customers regarding stock availability, technical inquiries, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and optimize financial lines to maintain efficient trade operations.

• Evaluate contract execution and flag potential risks or non-performance issues.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 2–4 years of experience in commodity trading or a similar commercial logistics environment.

• Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments (e.g., L/C), INCOTERMS 2020, and international trade operations.

• Basic understanding of London Metal Exchange (LME) and hedging.

• Fluency in English and Russian is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be based in Dubai.
