Oneira Talent Solutions is hiring a Trade Support Specialist for a leading and regulated Trading/Brokerage firm. This is a mid-level role based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, designed for professionals with a strong background in cross-asset trading operations, trade lifecycle management, and platform oversight. The position offers an opportunity to lead and grow the operations team while ensuring efficient and compliant trading support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all trade support functions across multiple asset classes

• Supervise trading operations involving CFDs, futures, options, FX, and Direct Market Access (DMA)

• Conduct risk checks, trade reconciliations, and resolve operational issues

• Monitor and operate trading platforms including TT, CQG, and MT5

• Coordinate with front office, risk, IT, compliance, and external partners

• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives

• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to trade surveillance efforts

• Mentor and manage a high-performing operations team

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in trade support or middle office roles

• Strong knowledge of financial products: CFDs, futures, options, FX, DMA

• Hands-on experience with trading platforms like TT, CQG, and MT5

• Familiarity with operational risk controls and regulatory frameworks

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Based in the GCC is preferred

• Prior experience in regulated environments such as ADGM or DIFC is a plus
