Sidel is looking for an experienced TPM Performance Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on deploying advanced services, especially in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Performance-Based Services, to enhance and sustain the performance of high-speed, high-technology production lines at customer sites. The role involves coaching local teams, troubleshooting line issues, and improving operational efficiency using TPM and Lean best practices. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach activities related to TPM best practices to maintain and operate production lines effectively.

• Execute and manage the project plan, ensuring line efficiency improvement targets are met on time.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing project results and providing timely communication on progress.

• Coach engineers in the use of TPM and performance improvement tools.

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities, coaching the team through the process.

• Engage with plant management to discuss project activities and their importance for line performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Languages: English is essential; Arabic and French are a plus.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a field engineer, with a strong background in maintenance overhauls and troubleshooting.

  • Multi-skilled engineer with experience in different machines, especially packers, shrink wrappers, and palletizers.

  • Experience in beverage or food production factories is advantageous.

  • Previous coaching or training experience is a plus, as is familiarity with TPM methods and Lean tools.

  • Availability to travel 60%-75% of the time.
