Job Role:
As a TPI Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all third-party inspection (TPI) activities related to vendor procurement. This includes liaising with vendors, inspection agencies, inspectors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and quality execution of inspections. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and quality control abilities to support major EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central coordinator for global inspection activities with vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain approval records for inspection agencies and personnel with their credentials.

  • Ensure timely assignment and deployment of appropriate inspectors based on project requirements.

  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to provide inspectors with complete documentation packages.

  • Establish and manage inspection tracking systems and maintain inspection status reports.

  • Review and route inspection reports, follow up on feedback, and ensure comment closure.

  • Keep records of all inspection documentation such as RFIs, inspection reports, punch lists, etc.

  • Assist with invoice approval and budget monitoring for inspection agencies.

  • Maintain an inspection log with details such as PO, inspection level, agency, status, and dates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Science, Business Management, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent Diploma).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in EPC companies in oil & gas (onshore/offshore).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with inspection tracking tools like PPCS.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of inspection activities.
