Role Summary:

Job Title: Hotline Expert – UAE (Urgent Requirement)
MantraCare is hiring licensed psychologists to serve as Hotline Experts, providing immediate psychological support through calls, chat, or email. This is a hotline-only role—no therapy sessions or direct client work required. The position is remote and suitable for part-time or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial psychological support and crisis stabilization via phone, chat, or email.

• Follow UAE regulations and professional standards.

• Triage inquiries and escalate cases to licensed clinicians when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of all hotline interactions.

• Collaborate with internal clinical governance and referral teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Current UAE license to practice psychology (DHA, DOH-Abu Dhabi, or MOHAP).

• Educational Background:

  • Master’s (minimum 2 years) or PhD/PsyD in Psychology.

  • Must meet UAE PQR requirements: typically a 4-year BSc + 2-year Master’s + 2 years of post-qualification experience.

• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

• Minimum 2 years of licensed practice in the UAE.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in mental health helplines, crisis hotlines, or triage roles.

• Strong communication and crisis-handling skills.

• Ability to document sensitive information professionally.

• Familiarity with UAE’s mandatory reporting obligations is advantageous.

• Culturally sensitive and able to perform under pressure.
