Job Summary:

A leading travel and tourism company in Dubai is hiring a female Tourism Sales Executive fluent in Tagalog and English. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in the tourism or hospitality sector, with a strong track record of developing client relationships and increasing bookings through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

• Present and promote travel packages with engaging sales presentations tailored to client needs.

• Analyze market trends and customer data to drive revenue and improve offerings.

• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaign planning.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize sales and ensure client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Manage sales inquiries and resolve customer concerns throughout the booking process.

• Use CRM software to track sales activities and generate performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in tourism or hospitality sales, preferably with international clients.

• Languages: Fluent in Tagalog and English (written and spoken).

• Skills: Strong communication, CRM experience, and data analysis.
