Key Responsibilities:

📌 Tour Planning & Operations:

• Design and price tour packages (group tours, customized travel, free independent travel).
• Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and smooth execution of tour itineraries.

📢 Client & Partner Management:

• Handle customer inquiries, itinerary adjustments, and service requests.
• Collaborate with local and international travel partners.
• Respond to emergency situations and solve operational challenges.

🛠 Administrative & Technical Skills:

• Use Office software & travel management systems (e.g., OP operation software).
• Maintain cost analysis and budgeting for travel packages.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in tour operations/travel coordination.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication.
