Total Rewards Manager Middle East
Ericsson Abu Dhabi , UAE

Ericsson is seeking a Total Rewards Manager for the Middle East to join its regional team, based in any major location within the Middle East, including Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and stakeholders to implement and manage fair, effective, and market-aligned reward and recognition programs that support Ericsson’s Pay & Recognition philosophy. The role focuses on designing competitive total rewards packages, driving compliance, and delivering strategic insights to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement global Total Rewards processes and regional initiatives in alignment with Ericsson’s framework.

  • Design, manage, and benchmark local compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness.

  • Drive governance and compliance with global Total Rewards policies, collaborating with local People Business Partners.

  • Provide thought leadership and data-driven insights on compensation and benefits to support business decisions.

  • Support global programs in base pay, salary benchmarking, budgeting, and short-term incentives.

  • Deliver training to People Business Partners and leaders on Total Rewards policies and initiatives.

  • Contribute to global Total Rewards projects, ensuring alignment with market trends and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, covering multiple markets and geographies.

  • Previous experience in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE is required.

  • Proven track record in compensation and benefits design, benchmarking, and trend forecasting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, consulting, and project management skills.

  • Global mindset and experience working in matrix organizations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Total Rewards applications.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).
