Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs and general plumbing maintenance.

• Carry out electrical work and troubleshooting.

• Handle carpentry tasks, painting, and general building upkeep.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Maintain high-quality standards for all repair and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

• Skills in painting and general maintenance tasks.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
