Aujan Interiors is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to oversee daily attendance of site staff, manage timesheets, support accommodation logistics, and assist with HR-related coordination. This role ensures smooth site operations, accurate reporting, and timely payroll processing, making it a vital part of the HR and project support functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Record and monitor daily attendance of site staff and submit accurate reports.

Update and maintain staff and labor timesheets daily, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prepare and submit monthly work orders in coordination with project managers and department heads.

Support accommodation arrangements, including staff allocation and occupancy records.

Prepare and calculate monthly overtime sheets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with timesheets.

Assist with administrative HR coordination tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar administrative/HR role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
