Aujan Interiors is seeking a reliable Time Keeper to manage and monitor daily attendance of site staff, maintain accurate records, assist with accommodation logistics, and support administrative HR coordination. This full-time, on-site role ensures smooth site operations and accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily attendance of all site staff and report timely to relevant departments.

Update and maintain labor and staff timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and submit monthly work orders for ongoing site projects, coordinating with project managers and department heads.

Support and coordinate accommodation facilities for staff, maintaining proper records and allocation.

Calculate monthly overtime, ensuring alignment with timesheets and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience in attendance monitoring, timesheet management, or HR administrative support preferred.

Ability to manage records accurately and coordinate with multiple departments.

Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
