Role Overview:

We are building a cutting-edge, browser-based Web3 metaverse real estate platform, where users can explore and purchase NFT-based plots and flats in an immersive 3D environment. To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a highly skilled Three.js Developer who is passionate about creating dynamic, interactive 3D web experiences. You will work alongside Vue.js developers to craft visually rich, user-friendly virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D Environments: Create interactive 3D environments such as buildings, floors, and real estate scenes using Three.js.

• Integrate 3D Assets: Work with glTF, GLB, and OBJ file formats to integrate assets into browser-based applications.

• Camera Systems & Scene Transitions: Fine-tune camera systems, lighting, navigation controls, and scene transitions to enhance user experience.

• Collaboration with Vue.js Developers: Sync 3D scenes with the application’s state and UI.

• Optimization: Optimize performance for cross-device and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring smooth user interactions.

• 3D Artist Collaboration: Work with 3D artists to import and refine models created in Blender or Maya.

• Immersive Features: Implement interactive features like floor plans, teleportation, and hotspots to enhance user engagement.

• Debugging: Resolve rendering issues, interaction bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with trends in WebGL/Three.js and browser-based 3D techniques to continually improve the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with Three.js or equivalent WebGL libraries.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js.

• Solid understanding of 3D rendering principles, camera logic, shaders, animation, and scene graph manipulation.

• Experience working with glTF, GLB, and OBJ file formats.

• Knowledge of asset optimization for web applications (compression, LODs, texture baking).

• Familiarity with Git, Figma, and REST APIs.

• Experience in creating interactive 3D environments (not just static renderers).

• Strong understanding of web performance best practices.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Web3 technologies, wallet integrations, or NFT platforms.

• Familiarity with GSAP, post-processing, or physics engines (e.g., Cannon.js, Ammo.js).

• Background in architectural visualization, gaming, or digital twins.

• Exposure to token-gated content or blockchain-based frontend interactions.
