Marriott International is offering a full-time University Internship at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai for 2025, focused on Front Office operations. This internship provides an immersive opportunity for current college or university students to gain hands-on experience in luxury hotel management and operations. Interns will learn firsthand about the hospitality industry, Marriott’s culture, and The Ritz-Carlton’s renowned Gold Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Gain practical experience across various hotel departments, with a focus on Front Office operations.

• Learn and exemplify The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

• Assist in delivering gracious, thoughtful service to guests, ensuring exceptional luxury experiences.

• Support daily Front Office activities including guest check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and development programs to build hospitality skills.

• Collaborate with diverse teams in a multicultural, inclusive environment.

• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences aligned with Ritz-Carlton’s reputation.
