Euro Döner Café is seeking an experienced Thai Chef to prepare authentic Thai dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in Thai cuisine, menu planning, and portion control. The ideal candidate will create new menu items, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Thai dishes with precision and consistency.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory and oversee portion control.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Thai cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Panang Curry, Green Curry, and more.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in menu planning and inventory management.

Preferred Expertise in:

• Main Dishes: Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Panang Curry, Green Curry, Crispy Chicken Thai Style, Crispy Garlic Beef, Tempura Shrimp, Grilled Teriyaki Salmon.
• Soups: Tom Kha Soup, Sinigang with Shrimp.
• Salads: Som Tam (Papaya Salad), Larb Gai (Chicken Salad).
• Snacks & Sides: Spring Rolls, Satay Skewers, Sweet Potato Fries, Jasmine Rice.
