Inspire Tennis Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Tennis Coach to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Based at our luxurious 5-star beachfront venues, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, supportive environment focused on excellence in coaching and player development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective tennis lessons for individuals and groups of all skill levels.

• Coach players across recreational, development, and performance levels.

• Conduct private lessons, group sessions, clinics, camps, and holiday programs.

• Identify and develop talent; support pathways for competitive progression.

• Prepare athletes for local, national, and international tournaments.

• Monitor and report on player development with constructive feedback.

• Maintain a professional, inclusive, and safe training atmosphere.

• Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to ensure quality program delivery.

• Care for and maintain training equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

• ITF Level 1 or higher (or equivalent coaching certification).

• 2–3 years of coaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting.

• Ability to coach various ages and skill levels.

• High-level playing background.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
