DB Schenker is seeking a Tender & Implementation Manager for its Global Projects & Industry Solutions (GPIS) MEA division. This role involves preparing competitive, high-quality commercial and technical proposals in response to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs while ensuring the effective implementation of newly awarded business across multiple countries and logistics products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop competitive proposals for project accounts in coordination with stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with tender management processes and legal requirements.

Maintain and optimize pricing databases, bid logs, and service tariffs.

Conduct post-bid analysis to improve future proposals.
-
Lead cross-functional project management teams for seamless business implementation.
-
Coordinate critical operational interventions and drive continuous process improvements.
-
Manage customer relationship tools and reporting systems (SAP, CRM, MS Office, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project management (PMI preferred).

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in tender management, shipping, oil & gas logistics is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Fluent in business English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM tools.
