DB Schenker is seeking a Tender & Implementation Manager for its Global Projects & Industry Solutions (GPIS) MEA division. This role involves preparing competitive, high-quality commercial and technical proposals in response to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs while ensuring the effective implementation of newly awarded business across multiple countries and logistics products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive proposals for project accounts in coordination with stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with tender management processes and legal requirements.

• Maintain and optimize pricing databases, bid logs, and service tariffs.

• Conduct post-bid analysis to improve future proposals.

• Lead cross-functional project management teams for seamless business implementation.

• Coordinate critical operational interventions and drive continuous process improvements.

• Manage customer relationship tools and reporting systems (SAP, CRM, MS Office, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project management (PMI preferred).

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in tender management, shipping, oil & gas logistics is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluent in business English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM tools.
