About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Temporary HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within the construction industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring we have the right workforce in place.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles within the company.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, networking, and direct outreach to attract top talent.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews.

✅ Job Posting & Candidate Management:

• Prepare and post job descriptions on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activities in the HR management system.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process by managing interview schedules and timely follow-ups.

✅ Onboarding & HR Support:

• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
• Provide administrative support related to HR functions as needed.

Requirements

📌 Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
✔ Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
