We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily financial transactions, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, billing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AR & AP processes, track payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements.

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Must have own valid visa (spouse, family, student, Golden, freelancer).
