Your main mission: drive profitability and revenue growth through strategic inbound and outbound sales activities, while delivering a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Achieve quarterly inside sales targets by converting inbound and outbound opportunities.

• Expand the customer base through proactive lead generation and business development.

Customer Experience

• Handle inbound B2B and B2C customer calls, offering personalized solutions tailored to client needs.

• Ensure full customer satisfaction from order placement through to installation and aftersales support.

Operational Excellence

• Support the field sales team by coordinating and scheduling customer visits.

• Maintain CRM databases with accuracy (Salesforce experience a plus).

Market Intelligence & Upselling

• Gather valuable market feedback and relay insights to internal teams.

• Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue streams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in business development.

• Skills:

  • Excellent phone sales and negotiation abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus

  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce is a plus)

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous process improvement

• Language: Fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).
