About the Role:

We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This on-site role involves generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, providing property options tailored to client needs, and following up to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls to potential real estate clients

• Identify client needs and offer tailored property solutions

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and close deals

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of telesales or customer service experience

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Real estate background is preferred

• CRM experience and basic computer proficiency

• Must currently reside in Dubai

• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
