Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming WhatsApp inquiries and convert them into bookings.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Promote garage services like car servicing, oil changes, detailing, and wheel alignment.

• Schedule appointments and manage service bookings.

• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and client information.

• Handle customer objections and questions effectively.

• Upsell appropriate services and products based on client needs.

• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Send appointment reminders and promotional messages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior telesales or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus (training will be provided).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or booking software is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
