A leading organization in the UAE is seeking a Telesales & Lead Generation Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the UAE and GCC. This role is focused on proactive outreach—engaging high-value individuals, initiating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified leads for bespoke investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, be motivated by targets, and possess strong relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to connect with prospective clients.

Lead engaging discovery conversations to build trust, identify needs, and qualify leads.

Collaborate with internal advisors to transition warm, well-qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Work with marketing and senior relationship managers to refine scripts, strategies, and target lists.

Stay informed on market trends, products, and client priorities to add value in every interaction.

Represent the company professionally across phone, video, email, and occasional in-person engagements.
Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, business development, or lead generation (experience in wealth management or financial services is an advantage).

Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills.

Motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.

Professional and credible demeanor when engaging with high-net-worth clients.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
