Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Quest Search and Selection is hiring a Telesales Executive to represent a globally recognized international sports equipment brand in Dubai.

This full-time role focuses on growing revenue, expanding the customer base, and building lasting relationships in both B2B and B2C channels through proactive inside sales and telesales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed quarterly inside sales targets through strategic outbound and inbound calling.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through lead generation campaigns.

• Deliver tailored sales solutions during inbound customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to convert prospects into clients and nurture long-term relationships.

• Support the field sales team by coordinating meetings and following up on client leads.

• Maintain and optimize data within the CRM system for accurate reporting and sales forecasting.

• Provide valuable market insights and feedback to internal teams to inform business strategy.

• Manage the entire sales cycle — from order placement to installation — ensuring smooth execution and spotting upsell opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Confident in outbound calling and phone-based sales techniques

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment

• Technology: CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a plus)

• Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
