• Binghatti is currently hiring a Telesales Consultant (Turkish Speaker) to join their on-site team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer interaction, sales, and business growth. The consultant will handle client communication, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute actively to sales targets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with leads to present products and services.

• Maintain strong communication with potential and existing customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning activities to improve sales performance.

• Support the telesales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in sales consulting and customer service practices.
