Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring 20 Telesales Executives to join a fast-paced, target-driven team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and sales skills, especially those with a background in telesales or Forex sales. Applicants must already be in the UAE to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate sales leads and follow up with potential and existing clients.

• Use a consultative selling approach to identify client needs and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of client details and conversations in the CRM system.

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Experience & Skills:

• 1–6 years of telesales experience (mandatory)

• Forex sales background is a plus

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to follow sales scripts effectively

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized and goal-oriented
