Role Overview
Hilton is seeking a professional Telephone Operator to join the team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. The role is central to ensuring smooth communication across the hotel, handling guest enquiries, management messages, and emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer, transfer, and manage guest and management phone calls promptly and accurately.

• Deliver a high standard of customer service through professional telephone communication.

• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist and upsell to guests.

• Process guest IDs and passports as per local regulatory requirements.

• Use hotel systems to check guest data, assign tasks to departments, and record guest comments.

• Handle emergency calls immediately, ensuring accurate relaying of information.

• Comply with hotel safety, fire, and security protocols.

• Support other departments, including Front Office, when required.

• Attend training sessions to enhance job knowledge and performance.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills, especially over the phone.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in basic IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
