Hilton is seeking a Telephone Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join the team at Canopy by Hilton Al Seef, Dubai. The role involves handling guest and management calls, messages, enquiries, and emergencies, while demonstrating excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. The Telephone Operator contributes to the first impressions of guests and ensures exceptional customer service at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Accept, deliver, and respond to guest and management messages promptly and accurately.

Ensure all wake-up calls are made at the correct time.

Handle emergency calls immediately, relaying comprehensive and accurate information.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, using upselling techniques when appropriate.

Provide a high level of customer service consistently.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Attend training courses as required.

Assist other departments when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills, especially on the telephone.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competent level of IT proficiency.

Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is advantageous.
