HItA Solutions, a leader in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Consulting, is seeking Freelance / Part‑Time Tech Recruiters to join its dynamic global team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions across industries, including headhunting, RPO engagements, and global client mandates. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with preference for professionals based in India, Dubai, or Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates.

• Work on recruitment mandates across industries, including high-growth tech firms and global enterprises.

• Conduct candidate engagement and relationship-building via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing channels.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure successful placements.

• Contribute to headhunting and RPO projects, providing expert recruitment insights and solutions.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records for reporting and evaluation purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Technical / IT recruitment.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets in fast-paced environments.

• Prior experience in the IT/technology sector is highly advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
