Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to connect with new and prospective clients, promote our services, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident in making outbound calls, skilled at understanding client needs, and able to communicate value in a clear and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using an assigned contact directory to offer company services

• Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and respond to inquiries effectively

• Discuss client requirements in detail to fully understand their goals and objectives

• Ask relevant, professional questions to identify the client’s needs and tailor solutions accordingly

• Evaluate the needs of both new and existing clients to recommend suitable services

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented tone in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills

• Ability to address client concerns and solve problems calmly and professionally

• Proven capability to present and explain products using effective sales tactics

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle targets effectively
