BMS Auditing is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer / Business Development Executive to join their Sales team. The role involves generating leads, making outbound calls, promoting services, and converting prospects into clients, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided or sourced leads.

Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Explain and promote products/services to prospective clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
3–5 years of business development experience in the UAE.

Proven experience in call center, outbound calling, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of motivation, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
