Mobile King is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound sales calls, promoting our products and services, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

• Clearly explain the features and benefits of Mobile King’s products and services.

• Schedule appointments for sales meetings and product demonstrations.

• Maintain and update the customer database.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and achieve goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service.

• Proven sales track record with the ability to meet targets.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in using CRM software (advantageous).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous telemarketing or similar experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
