Smartech UAE is a leading provider of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions across the UAE. The company is currently looking for experienced DAS/IBS Technicians to join their growing operations team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install DAS/IBS (Distributed Antenna System/In-Building Solutions) equipment and handle associated civil work.

• Work as part of a technician team to complete projects within deadlines.

• Properly install DAS elements, including cable pulling, component integration, and antenna installation.

• Operate site master tools effectively for signal testing and troubleshooting.

• Interpret and implement IBS design layouts and blueprints.

• Comply with installation quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in DAS/IBS installation and maintenance.

• Proficient in handling telecom tools and test equipment (Site Master, etc.).

• Ability to understand IBS system design and layout.

• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
