The ideal candidate should have experience in a 5-star hotel environment, with a focus on excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level guest service and communication.

• Maintain the efficiency of Front Office functions and telecommunications operations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.

• Experience in the GCC or Middle East region is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
