We are hiring enthusiastic female Telecallers to join our growing sales team in Dubai. If you’re a persuasive communicator with a passion for customer service and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer details using CRM tools.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Resolve customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide product clarifications.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead follow-ups.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus

• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated

• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment

• Familiarity with CRM software is desirable

• Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
