The role involves handling student and parent queries, explaining courses, following up with leads, and supporting walk-in queries. Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to guide parents and students about academic programs.

• Clearly explain course details and offerings.

• Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.

• Assist and support walk-in queries at the Al Qusais center.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English.

• Fluency in Malayalam preferred; Arabic is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer-facing roles preferred.

• Basic computer skills and CRM handling experience.

Work Details:

• Location: Onsite at Buddy Education, Al Qusais, Dubai.

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week).

• Job Type: Part-time (Onsite).
