Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves customer communication, lead generation, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Interaction & Sales

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
• Handle inquiries and customer concerns with professionalism.
• Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention.

✅ Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects.

✅ Customer Support

• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

✅ Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of sales calls, conversions, and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

📌 Languages:

• English (mandatory)
• Hindi (mandatory)

📌 Experience & Skills:

• 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and persuasive abilities.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
