Job Title: Tele Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or a fresher eager to start your career, we welcome applicants who are confident, persuasive, and ready to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services

  • Generate and qualify leads to meet assigned sales targets

  • Maintain and update a database of customer and prospect interactions

  • Provide timely and effective support to address customer inquiries and concerns

  • Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and feedback to management as required

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (0–1 year)

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus (Hindi, Tagalog, Sinhala, etc.)

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Professional, persuasive, and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Candidate:

  • Nationality: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka

  • Location: Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates

  • Career Level: Mid-level or entry-level with strong potential
