Pioneer Auctions is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Arabic & English) Female Tele Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our professional team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s services and offerings.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

• Professionally handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.

• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and timely solutions.

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer service.

• Support sales and service team in meeting monthly targets.

• Provide a friendly and professional experience for every client.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

• Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

• Must hold a transferable visa within the UAE.
