Leru Partners, in collaboration with a high-growth fintech firm, is hiring a Techno-Functional Business Analyst for their UAE office. This newly created role is a strategic bridge between business and technology teams, playing a key part in delivering next-generation digital trading platforms.

Industry Focus: Fintech / Trading

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining business needs, producing functional documentation, and supporting engineering teams through the development lifecycle. If you have a solid background in trading or capital markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements

• Convert business needs into clear, structured functional specifications

• Liaise with engineering teams to support implementation of trading systems

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from discovery to deployment

• Ensure all solutions meet business objectives and comply with regulatory standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in financial services, particularly trading or capital markets

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Technically fluent with strong commercial understanding

• Background in startups or high-growth environments is a strong advantage

• Able to handle ambiguity and simplify complex challenges into actionable solutions
