Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Porsche Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and inspections while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle servicing according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and identify any additional repair requirements.

• Handle mechanical repairs and tire changes with precision.

• Communicate additional work needs with the Foreman and ensure customer approvals.

• Complete warranty documentation and coordinate with the warranty department.

• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment at all times.

• Follow company procedures and safety practices.

• Attend staff meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Engage in continuous personal development, including new product training and technology updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical qualification.

• Prior experience working in the UAE/Middle East automotive industry.

• Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.

• Strong commitment to service quality, teamwork, and safety.
