Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead hiring discussions and team meetings

• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and executing recruitment campaigns

• Demonstrated ability to conduct various interview formats (telephonic, video, group, etc.)

• Experience with technical sourcing tools and platforms
