Technical Support Specialist II – Food & Beverage | Ecolab | Dubai
Ecolab Dubai , UAE

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to join its Food & Beverage division in Dubai. This role involves delivering technical service, field support, and problem-solving expertise to customers across the GCC and Pakistan. You will work closely with sales teams to implement customer assurance plans, resolve operational challenges, and ensure the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or chemistry, experience in technical service or field sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical service and support to Sales Representatives and customers.

  • Conduct plant surveys and assist with start-ups of new applications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.

  • Perform system analysis, interpret data, and offer written recommendations.

  • Conduct sample testing, light maintenance, service reporting, and inventory management.

  • Travel across GCC & Pakistan to support service operations.

  • Follow Ecolab safety procedures and incident reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience.

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or specialty chemical industry.

  • Knowledge of F&B applications such as CIP, COP, and lubrication systems.

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work with large national and multinational clients.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
