Innovative Systems, a leading provider of data quality and compliance solutions, is hiring a bilingual Arabic and English Technical Support Consultant in Dubai. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing superior customer support, and working on SQL-based solutions. The consultant will interact with clients worldwide, ensuring smooth system functionality and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot software, system functionality, and integration issues.

• Develop SQL scripts and other custom software processes for issue resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and address technical concerns.

• Perform basic product installations, assist in knowledge base documentation, and contribute to training content.

• Provide insights to improve customer support operations and product development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.

• Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).

• Willingness to be on occasional on-call customer support rotation.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in C, C++, C#, .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, or XML.

• Knowledge of Fintech, financial services, or SWIFT payment processing.

• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages.
