KOTUG International is seeking a Technical Superintendent to oversee the technical performance, maintenance, and compliance of assigned vessels. The role involves preparing dockings, managing budgets, supervising maintenance, and ensuring adherence to HSEQ standards. The ideal candidate is a marine engineer with 5-10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and leadership abilities to guide Chief Engineers, Captains, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve vessel performance in line with KOTUG’s technical standards.

• Plan and execute maintenance, including modifications, within budget and quality requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Class and Flag state regulations and oversee certification processes.

• Manage procurement of technical goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Supervise subcontracted work on vessels and ensure QHSE compliance.

• Provide leadership to Chief Engineers, Captains, and junior technical staff.

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Marine Engineer.

• Expertise in maintenance methods, Class & Flag state certification, and HSEQ policies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects.

• Effective communication and flexibility to adapt to operational challenges.
